CosyLittleSketch

Digital Artist
Portrait & Illustration

Hi, I'm CosyLittleSketch, and thank you for being here!
I'm a digital artist who is passionate about being creative and constantly learning new things.
I have been building my artistic skills over the past seven years, specialising in realistic portraiture and stylisation, but in the process, I discovered my love for portraying serene scenes, scenes that were cosy and emanated calm. At the same time, new ideas struck me, and they opened a door to a new, fantastic world.
Do you have an idea you'd like to bring to life? If so, let's get in touch! I look forward to working with you!

Terms of Service

  • This contract applies to the Artist (myself) and the Commissioner (yourself). By ordering a commission from me, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • 1) I reserve the right to reject any order for any reason and am not obligated to give an explanation.

  • 1.1.) Any disrespectful behaviour, either at the beginning or during the commission process, will not be tolerated and will result in the rejection and/or cancellation of the order. Refunds will depend on the amount of work completed.

  • 1.2.) All work is my creative property. You may not claim it in any way, shape, or form as your own intellectual property. You may advertise my work with my explicit given consent, but please credit me.

  • 2) If you commission an artwork, you agree to pay the due amount upfront. It is your sole responsibility to bear any currency conversion costs and/or any other costs involved when transferring the payment.

  • 2.1.) Payment occurs via PayPal exclusively.

  • 2.2.) You accept that my work will not begin until payment has been received according to the time schedule.

  • 2.3.) Prices are subject to change based on complexity of the artwork. If the changes I need to undertake are major, the price will adjust accordingly.

  • 2.4.) Similarly, prices are subject to change based on demand.

  • 3) If the artwork you commission is for personal use, please do not repost it on social media platforms without prior agreement and my explicit given consent/permission. DO credit me as the artist, and DO NOT claim the artwork as yours, or feed it to any AI database or AI tool of any kind.

  • 3.1.) If the artwork is for personal use, reselling it, be it for personal or commercial purposes, reproducing it or publishing it without crediting me as the artist is not allowed. Similarly, you do not hold the right to use the artwork, be it the sketch, work-in-progress, and/or the completed commissioned artwork in any blockchain-related technology, including, but not limited to: NFTs, cryptocurrency, AI datasets or AI tools, or any future inventions in the space.

  • 3.2.) If you wish for the artwork to be for commercial uses, please request it in the commission form as such.

  • 3.3.) If the commissioned artwork is for commercial uses, the charge will increase accordingly, depending on the scale of the business/company.

  • 4) Do not use the artwork in any kind of AI databases or AI tools, neither for suggestions for what direction it should take, nor for the completed piece. Completing an artwork takes time and effort, please respect that.

  • 5) Clear communication is essential, from the beginning. However, depending on the complexity of the artwork, the time required for its completion may vary. I will not be pressured into rushing or speeding things up at your convenience, so please, plan accordingly. It is not my responsibility to deliver the artwork ahead of the time agreed upon by both parties at the beginning of the request form.

  • 5.1.) I require a minimum of 14 days to sketch, colour and fully render a piece. This is non-negotiable.

  • 5.2.) I do not want to be asked for updates constantly. Once or twice a week is acceptable. While communication is important, constantly asking for an update contributes as a stress factor that might impact the artistic performance and is counter-productive. If you do not comply to this rule, this will result in me dropping the piece. Depending on the amount of the work completed, you may or may not get a refund.

  • 5.3.) A piece may take longer than intended if health issues of any kind arise. In that case, I will notify you. Depending on the severity of the illness, the artwork may take longer to complete, or it may be dropped entirely.

  • 5.4.) If anything major event occurs in my private life that impacts me negatively, the process of the artwork might either take longer, or it might be dropped entirely.

  • 5.5.) In case the artwork is dropped entirely, for whatever reason, refunds will depend on the progress of the artwork.

  • 6) You get two complete rounds of revisions in the sketching phase on the commissioned piece included in the price. Further revisions in this phase will be charged accordingly.

  • 6.1.) You hold the right to a reasonable amount of minor edits after completion, such as changing eyecolour or fixing a small detail, up to an additional 5% of the total time spent on creating the originally delivered artwork.

  • 6.2.) However, any requests above that, however minor, will result in a proportional increase of order value. Any such increase will be notified separately. Work on any such excessive requests will not begin until the payment for the additional notification(s) has been received.

  • 7) Once the piece is completed, you will receive the full-resolution image; there is no physical product such as a print or the like.
